It was clean with very helpful and top-class staff. The location was fantastic, in the Chuo Ward district and close to a train station...

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was modern, particularly good location to Pokemon center, the stuff where top-class. Booked guest room with satellite television, climate control and an individual safe.

Excellent location near major attractions.

I have to say, the check-in process was frustrating. This confusion left me in distress, as I had important plans to attend to. The bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard, disappointing given the overall price we paid for the accommodation.

Thank you all for my great stay, couldn't recommend more it to others. The hotel is set in a fantastic location just next door to Tokyo Central railway, shops and facilities and both Tokyo Station. Also, a busy underground mall is not too far away from the venue.

Really good stay near Tokyo station

The location was superb, just a quick walk from Tokyo Station. I was delighted by the attentive staff who provided great service, and the complimentary amenities were a pleasant surprise.

The bathroom cleanliness could have been improved, with noticeable spots missing thorough attention. The air conditioning was quite noisy and affected my sleep.

Room size exceeded my expectations for Tokyo. Very comfortable beds made for great sleep. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from Tokyo station. I appreciated the warm breakfast every morning, a real plus before starting our day. The breakfast options felt repetitive after a few days. I also noticed the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning compared to the super clean bedroom. Despite that, all essentials were provided, and staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. I'd recommend it for its lovely amenities and convenience.

Monte Hermana's location is seriously unbeatable! A quick walk from Tokyo Station made exploring easy. The room was super clean, though I wish the breakfast had more variety-still, I loved the clean vibe!

Great spot! The staff were super nice and helped me find local places to eat. The complimentary snacks like green tea were a nice touch. I loved the adjustable lighting in my room, but the bathroom could've used some more attention. The location is dead easy to get to from the train station, made exploring Tokyo easy.

during my stay, I found the hotel just a few steps from the Imperial Palace and only a short stroll from Hibiya Park, providing beautiful spaces for walking and relaxing amidst my city explorations.

It was just a suitable option for a mini-vacation in Tokyo with excellent value for money. The location was super convenient, making it easy to hop on the train for sightseeing. Avoid adding breakfast to your stay. You can find better options nearby.
